One job board. One kind of work. Done right.
Warehouse, logistics and fulfillment is where hourly America goes to work. We built WorkShift Jobs to do one thing exceptionally well: put every live warehouse opening in one fast place, and send you straight to the company that's actually hiring.
Why a job site only for warehouse work?
Most job boards treat a package-handler opening and a software role as the same kind of thing. They aren't. Warehouse hiring runs on its own clock: distribution centers staff up before peak season and adjust in the new year. A fulfillment center three towns over can be the best-paying job within a 40-minute drive. General-purpose boards flatten all of that into one noisy list.
We come at it from the other direction — the occupation codes, wage benchmarks and commuter-flow data behind warehouse and hourly hiring. That lets us structure each job well: clean title, correct location, honest pay context. So you can decide in seconds whether it's worth your time.
Warehouse & fulfillment
Package handlers, warehouse associates, order selectors, pickers and packers — the hands-on roles that move product through the building.
Freight & material moving
Loaders and unloaders, material movers, freight handlers, inventory and shipping/receiving — the work that keeps the docks running.
Straight to the source
We show warehouse openings and send you to the source that provided the listing. You apply there, under that site's process — never through us.
How we handle your information: we don't.
WorkShift Jobs is a discovery service, not an applicant-tracking system. This is the heart of how we operate:
There's nowhere on this site to upload a CV — nothing to store, parse, or pass around.
No account, no login, no "sign up to see the job." Browsing is completely open.
We don't call, text, or hand your number to recruiters or third parties. Ever.
When you find a role you want, you click through and apply at the source that published the listing. Your application, contact details, and resume go there — never to us.
How we keep listings honest
- Live, not archived. We surface active openings and retire roles as they close — you're not driving to apply for something that filled three weeks ago.
- Real titles and locations. We clean up messy feed titles and tie each job to the real facility ZIP — not a corporate headquarters two states away.
- Pay and career context, labeled. Wage trends and local-market data come from public sources (BLS, O*NET, Census), and we tell you when a number is an estimate versus an observed fact.
- No pay-to-rank. Employers don't pay us to sit higher in your results. Relevance and freshness decide the order.
Who this is for
The person looking for an $18/hour warehouse shift that doesn't require a degree. The parent who needs a facility close enough for the school run. The worker ready to move from picker to lead, or from seasonal to full-time.
The job seeker who's tired of boards that bury real openings under expired listings and "easy apply" funnels that go nowhere. If that's you, we built this for you.
