The short version
WorkShift Jobs is a place to find warehouse and hourly jobs — not a place you hand over your personal details. You don't create an account, you don't upload a resume, and we don't ask for your email or phone number to browse or to apply. When you find a role, you continue to the source that published the listing and apply there. The rest of this page explains exactly what that means.
1. Who we are
WorkShift Jobs ("we," "us," "the site") operates a job-discovery website focused on warehouse, logistics and fulfillment roles across the United States. We aggregate publicly posted job openings from employers and their feeds, present them in a standardized format, and link each one out to the source that published it. We are not an employer, a recruiter, a staffing agency, or an applicant-tracking service.
2. What we do not collect
This is the most important section, so we'll lead with it. In the normal course of using this site:
- No resumes or CVs. The site has no resume upload, no profile builder, and no document storage. We never receive, parse, or retain your resume.
- No email collection to browse or apply. Browsing requires no account and no email. We do not gate job listings behind a sign-up.
- No phone numbers. We do not request, store, or share phone numbers, and we do not call or text job seekers.
- No selling of personal data. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
If you choose to contact us directly (for example, by emailing us), you are of course sharing the details in that message — see Section 5.
3. What we do collect
To keep the site fast, reliable, and useful, we collect a minimal amount of non-identifying technical information:
- Aggregate traffic analytics. We measure things like how many people viewed a page, which jobs are popular, rough geographic region (at the city/region level, derived from your network — never a precise location), device type, and referring source. This is used in aggregate to understand demand and improve the site.
- Edge and security logs. Standard server/CDN logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) retained for a short period to operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. We do not use these to build a profile of you.
We do not use cross-site advertising trackers and we do not build advertising profiles. See our Cookie Policy for specifics.
4. When you apply for a job
Clicking "Continue to apply" takes you to the source that published the listing, which may be an employer site or a third-party job source. At that point you leave WorkShift Jobs. Anything you submit there — your name, contact details, resume, work history — goes to that site under its privacy policy, not ours. We never see, intercept, or store your application. We encourage you to read the employer's privacy terms before applying.
5. If you contact us
If you email us or use a contact form, we receive whatever you choose to send (typically your name, email, and message) solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we delete routine correspondence once it's no longer needed.
6. Third parties
We rely on infrastructure providers (for hosting, content delivery, and privacy-respecting analytics) who process technical data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Job listings link out to employer sites and third-party job sources, which are independent third parties we don't control.
7. Your choices and rights
Because we don't build accounts or personal profiles, there is no stored personal record of you to access or delete in the ordinary case. You can:
- Control or block cookies and analytics through your browser settings (see the Cookie Policy).
- Email us with any privacy question or request regarding information you've sent us directly.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. Since we don't sell personal data or maintain user profiles, most such requests are satisfied by the above; contact us if you have a specific question.
8. Children
This site is intended for job seekers of legal working age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
9. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes to how we handle data will be reflected here before they take effect.
